Beef - 1 pound (cut into bite size chunks
Potatoes - 2 (peeled and cut)
Carrots - 3 (peel and cut)
Salt and black pepper
Dried Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Hot water - 1 cups
Beef soup stock - 1 to 2 cups

Recipe:
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the crock pot. Then mix in the beef stew meat, potatoes (remove skin if recipe calls for it) , carrots, and seasonings.

Let it cook in the morning for about 8 hours, and by the time you get home, it's ready to serve.
